Brenda has an extensive background in new home sales and construction. She was a pioneer sales agent for several master planned communities within the Tampa Bay area such as Tampa Palms and Westchase. She was previously the vice-president of sales for a national builder and has sold for several of the area’s finest custom home builders. She has a thorough knowledge of the home building process from the plan stage until completion.

Years of experience has given Brenda the ability to adjust quickly to a constantly changing market, with perseverance and dedication! Whether you are buying or selling a condominium, villa, loft, or estate home, she is the professional that you will want as an ally through the process. Not only does Brenda have a thorough understanding of the industry, she also understands that the first step of helping a buyer or seller is understanding their wants, needs, and goals. This can only be done through listening, asking the right questions, and of course, providing clear and honest answers. She lives by the motto “integrity is not negotiable”.            

Brenda was raised on the ski slopes of the White Mountains in Jackson, New Hampshire. She moved to the Sunshine State in 1983. When she’s not working in real estate, Brenda spends time working in her garden of exotic plants and flowers accompanied by her loyal Australian Shepard, Brady, and her calico cat, Chloe. She considers herself to be a “football fanatic” watching almost any football game but a loyal fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers!

Brenda is currently a resident in the vibrant neighborhood of Seminole Heights. She loves the diverse cultures and the variety of different people in Tampa Bay. The city’s growth over the last few years has been very exciting, being that she was a believer from the beginning.
